How it is usually built
- 4G1.5 to 4G6 power cores, PE marked green and yellow, with an optional 2 × 0.75 or 2 × 1.0 brake pair
- Tinned copper braid of at least 85 % coverage, terminated 360° at the connector backshell
- PUR jacket for drag chains and dress packs, PVC where the cable is fixed; UL AWM styles on request
- Motor-side M23 or M40 connectors, drive-side open end, ferrules or the OEM plug
