Build-to-print prototyping
“I have a drawing. I need it built, and I need it next week.”
Custom cable assemblies and harnesses for robot arms, cobots, AGVs and humanoids.
PDF · DWG · STEP accepted · Personal reply within hours · NDA on request
Robots in development change every week, so the service is built for that. Start where your project is: each service stands on its own, and any of them can lead into the next.
“I have a drawing. I need it built, and I need it next week.”
“I know what the joint has to do. I need help designing the cable.”
“I need a partner from rev A through volume.”
Standard constructions for the major robot brands, or fully custom assemblies from your pinout. All with connectors fitted, labelled and tested.
Shielded 4G and 4G+2 constructions for Yaskawa, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB and Siemens drives, connectors fitted and ready to plug.

Power + data · slim OD optionsSpecs and optionsEach application has its own failure mode: torsion in a wrist, drag-chain flexing on a gantry, vibration on a moving chassis. We pick the construction for yours.
Dress packs, joint cables and controller harnesses that take wrist torsion and millions of cycles on the lower axes.

Ratings are the cable maker's for the construction chosen. Lifetime is validated by cycle testing agreed per project, and final specifications are confirmed in your DFM report.
Your customer team is in the US and answers around the clock. Engineering review and production happen with our manufacturing partners in Asia. Together that makes a 24-hour clock that works in your favour.
Every assembly is tested before it is packed at our manufacturing partner. Every lot ships with the paperwork your incoming inspection needs. The certificates are the factory's, and copies come with your quotation.
Approximate. Asia working hours fall between about 16:00 and 04:00 Pacific.
Robotics teams prototype constantly. Quantity one, a new revision every week and a request that is a bit unusual are the normal case here, not the exception. So support runs as a 24-hour service: a US-based customer team for your RFQs, questions and order updates at any hour, with our manufacturing partners' engineers and factories in Asia working the other half of the clock.
Every RFQ is acknowledged the same day, reviewed with our partner's engineers overnight, and answered the next morning with a quote or a firm date. You never explain your project twice.
Attach what you have. A pinout sketched on paper works too. You get a personal reply within hours, and a quote or a firm date by the next morning, US time.
